Get Started with CareMate Insight

No complicated setup. Just follow the steps below.

  1. 1Install Go
  2. 2Download the App
  3. 3Open in Go
STEP 1

Install FileMaker Go

If FileMaker Go is already installed, go to STEP 2.

Get FileMaker Go on the App Store Free app
After installation, return to this page in Safari.
STEP 2

Download CareMate Insight

Tap the green button below.

  • The download is not a ZIP file.
  • No need to unzip the file.
  • The file name is “Care_Mate_insight.fmp12”.
Download CareMate Insight Tap to start the download
If Safari asks for confirmation, tap “Download”.
STEP 3

Open the File in FileMaker Go

After the download finishes, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the download icon near Safari’s address bar.
  2. Open “Downloads”, then tap Care_Mate_insight.fmp12.
  3. Tap the share button (a square with an upward arrow).
  4. Choose FileMaker Go from the list of apps.
Choose “FileMaker Go”, not LINE or Messages.

Need Help?

I can’t find FileMaker Go

Swipe sideways through the apps in the share sheet. If FileMaker Go is not shown, tap “More” and select it.

I can’t find the downloaded file

Tap the download icon near Safari’s address bar, then open “Downloads”.

I opened FileMaker Go first

That’s OK. Return to Safari and start again from STEP 2 on this page.

The download button doesn’t work

Reopen this page in Safari, then tap the green button in STEP 2 again.
